Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up a future ship date.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type Select Option 1 – Accounts Receivable

Type Select Option 3 - Other Routines

Type Select Option 15 – Edit Future Ship Dates

• Type A to addPress 'A' – Add a new record.
• Enter the Ship Date.
• Enter the Cut-off time

Note: This

The cut-off time is entered in military time (IE: 18:00)

• Enter the Future Date
• Press Escape twice to save the data.
