Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up a future ship date.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 1 – Accounts Receivable
Type Select Option 3 - Other Routines
Type Select Option 15 – Edit Future Ship Dates
- Type A to addPress 'A' – Add a new record.
- Enter the Ship Date.
- Enter the Cut-off time

The cut-off time is entered in military time (IE: 18:00) |
- Enter the Future Date
- Press Escape twice to save the data.
- Type "Press 'E" ' to exit the form.
