Introduction
This document provides instructions for configuring the Customer E-mail and or Fax Information for the Work in Process Fax Back Report.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 7 - Tray Track and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 12 - Tray Track Configuration and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 4 - Automatic Fax Editor and press enterEnter. (You will need the correct permissions to access this screen.)
The Lab General Information screen displays.
- Type Q for Press “Q” to query.
- Search for the Customer info by entering some search criteria.
- Press escape Escape to show the results.
If the entry does not exist:
- Type A Press “A” to add a new record.
- Enter all the applicable data pressing enter Enter past each field.
- Account Code = Account Number
- E-Mail = E-mail address of the report recipient
- Fax Number = Fax Number of the account to send the fax to
- Send To = A contact name of the fax recipient can be entered here
- Sent From = Your lab name will be on the fax, but it you can also be entered enter it here
- Subject/Message = Free form field – use for any subject or message to display on the fax
- Mailed Days = Enter the number of days of mailed out jobs to display on the fax
- Press Escape to save the data.
Type 'D"
- Press’ D” for detail, and you will able to can view the second screen.
The Account information displays on the screenis displayed.
- Type A Press “A” to add a new record.
- Type in Enter the time that to send the fax is to be sent in 24-hour format. (Enter 0 if no fax should be sent“0” to not send fax)
- Press escape Escape to save the data.
- Type Press "E" to exit the screen.
