Introduction
This report provides the number of jobs received for a particular period. You can report by Company, Branch, Territory, or Account, or you can print for All. You can only output the data to a printer.
Procedure
From the Optifacts Main Menu:
Select Option 5 – Report Generators and press Enter.
Select Option 7 – Sales Analysis Reports and press Enter.
Select Option 2 – RX Count Report and press Enter.
The RX Counts Report Options form displays.
- Enter the inclusive Sunday beginning date.
- Enter the number of weeks to report.
- Enter the number of business days in a week.RX Summary Report.
- Enter the beginning and ending company code.
- Enter the beginning and ending branch code.
- Enter the beginning and ending territory code.
- Enter the beginning and ending account code.
- Enter “A” to sort by alpha or “N” numerically.
The report prints and displays the following message:
- Press Enter to return to the Sales Analysis Report menu.
