Introduction:
This document will explain how to navigate and input data using your keyboard. Optifacts has several different types of screens, each with its’ own standards for navigating through and inputting data into the various fields.
Procedure:
Quick Lookup Screens (Menu 7-1)
The Quick Lookup screens are located by using the “Quick Lookup” menu option 1 within the Tray Track Menu.
Use the table below for instructions on navigating through the quick lookup screens.

| Press the Down Arrow key to move down one row. |
| Press the Up Arrow key to move up one row. |
| Press the Esc key to exit an account. |
| Press D to navigate down to the next screen or page. |
| Press Page Down to navigate to the next screen or page. |
| Press U to navigate backward one screen or page. |
| Press Page Up to navigate backward one screen or page. |
| Press T to navigate to the top of the list or page. |
| Press B to navigate to the end of the list or page. |
| Press I to open the Invoice/Delivery Note window. |
| Press W to open the work ticket window. |
| Press H to view the tray history window. |
| Press N to view the tray notes window. |
| Press M to open the miscellaneous details window. |
| Press P to print the screen. |
| Press A to add notes or comments. |
| Press J to open the Job Data window. |
 Future | Press F to open the Future Station Messages window. |
| Press Ctrl-B to refresh the screen. |
| Press R to relaunch a job. |
| Press K to delete tray notes or comments. |
| Press E to edit the job in Layout. |
| Press C to credit the job in Layout. |
| Press S to open the stock credit change window. |
| Press Q to exit the work ticket/invoice screen. |
Additional Prompts when searching a specific Work ticket or Invoice/Delivery Note:

| Press F or Space bar to navigate forward 1 page. |
| Press Y, K or the Up Arrow key to navigate backward 1 line. |
