Step 1) When you log into your Portal you will see the main screen as the example below with the Field "What can I help you with", simply click the down arrow and choose "Technical Support".

Steps 2) Fill in all the appropriate fields as described in the example below.



Step 3) After you click "Send" you will get a confirmation screen as the example below.
