Introduction:
This document provides instructions for setting up a Sales Territory Code.
Procedure:
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 3 – Editor Utilities and press enter.
Type 1 – Customer Database and press enter.
Type 2 – Add/Edit a Sales Territory and press enter.
The Customer Database Modifications screen will display.
- Type the Company code and press enter.
- Type the Branch code and press enter.
- The Adding Branch Address screen will display.
- Type in all the applicable information pressing enter past each field.
Is this data correct (Y/N)?
- Type Y to continue or N to edit.
- Press Escape to exit.
