Introduction
This document provides instructions for adding a frame into frame inventory.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 12 – Frame-Parts Inventory and press enter.
Type 1 – Editor Utilities and press enter.
Type 5 – Frame Description Editor and press enter.
The Frame Description Editor displays.
- Perform the appropriate action on this screen per the instructions below:
- Type Q to Query.
- Type the the FPC or SKU, UPC Code of the frame, and/or any other frame details using the fields provided and press escape.
The specified frame will display on the screen.
- Press D for Detail.
The active table (o_invt_rec) is indicated by the brackets [ ].
- Type U to update and press enter.
- Make any necessary changes to the available fields.
- Press Escape to save the data.
- Press M to return to the Frame Description table
The active table (o_frm_desc) is indicated by the brackets [ ].
- Make any necessary changes to the available fields.
- Press Escape to save the data.
- Type E to exit.
