Introduction

This report will give you a summary of the jobs that came in for a particular Company, Branch, Territory, or Account, or you can print for all accounts. The data displayed will be Total Jobs In, Invoice Total in $, Average Job $, Total Edged $, Total Uncut $, and Total Jobs Out. Data gets summarized by Material and Style, with a total. The options available are to Show Sales, Cost, or Profit information. You can only print this report to a printer.

Procedure

From the Optifacts Main Menu:

  • Select Option 5 – Report Generators and press Enter.
  • Select Option 7 – Sales Analysis Reports and press Enter.
  • Select Option 3 – RX Summary Report and press Enter.

The RX Summary Report Options form displays.


  • Enter the beginning and ending date range.
  • Enter the beginning and ending company code.
  • Enter the beginning and ending branch code.
  • Enter the beginning and ending territory code.
  • Enter the beginning and ending account code.
  • Enter “S” to print a summary report or “D” for details.

The report prints and displays the following message:


  • Press Enter to return to the Sales Analysis Report menu.
