Bugs Fixes and Enhancements

Display Last Scan Tray Number

•  We enhanced our tray assignment scan history table by adding the last scanned tray number to help users improve in managing their tray assignment tasks. Learn more about it here

New Manufacturer/Vendor Description Field

•  We added a Description field to the Manufacturer/Vendor model which is a free-text, 32-char long field where you can add any notes/description to the manufacturer/vendor

New Frame Transaction Batch Report Target

•  We added a Frame Transaction Batch report target which will allow you to get information on the batch transaction information in Rx-Inventory such as associated order number, code, frame information, quantity change, and many more. This will be useful when getting the real-time frame usage of your inventory items.

New Jobs Waiting for Frames Screen

•  You can now view and print the list of orders waiting for frames received on a Purchase Order.

Unrecognized UPC List

•  You can now review the unrecognized UPCs (items that were scanned during the inventory that were not part of the list) count of completed cycle counts. Learn more about this update here.

Job Tracking Station Operator

• Added the ability to assign an operator when using Rx-Workstations Job Tracker scanning station. This now properly allows jobs to scanned in to stations that require an operator as long as one is assigned. Learn more on how to make a job station operator mandatory here.

Traces Handling Enhancement

•  We have updated our system behaviors related to traces to match the business rules when a frame is selected on the order. This will include changes in the preview, resizing

Fixes

• Rx-Inventory:

  • Corrected an issue where Vendor/Manufacturer record fails to save when the account_number is empty even though it is not a required field

  • Fixed an issue where the grouping is applied, the date on the outer grouping on the exported CSV file is not the same as the displayed values.

  • Corrected all references of Combo Price/Combo Price List to the appropriate naming of Package Pricing/Package Price List

  • Fixed an issue when importing files where all the frames are added to the DEFAULT warehouse regardless of the warehouse value in the import file

  • Corrected an issue where the number of printed labels does not match the purchase order received qty of the frame when labels are auto-printed

  • Update the warning message for stock status with stocked and special-order valid values.

  • Update the column arrangement on the package pricing for taxable and discountable column behind the price column.

• Rx-Xplore/Rx-Workstations:

  • Fixed an issue where [object Object] is showing when you hover the status icon in the scan history table of the Tray Assignment workstations

• Rx-Site:

  • Fixed an issue when incorrect frame data is returned from Rx-Inventory when a job is frame-only

• Rx-Reports/Rx-Inventory:

  • Fixed an issue where batch transaction columns were returning empty values when accessing them from Frame Transaction report target

• Rx-Hub

  • Issuing the password recovery email now properly includes a link to reset the users password.
