Introduction
This document provides instructions for marrying a frame to a tray.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 7 - Tray Track and press enter.
Type 7 - Station Assignment and press enter.
The Station Assignment screen displays.
- Type the Frame Marry station number and press enter.
- Type tray number and press enter.
You will see the message on the following diagram.
- Scan the frame bag to continue. This is the trace99 bar code that is on the bag label.
A successful scan will display a confirmation message.
Error Messages
The following are some of the error message you may see on screen:
Tray does not match the bag bar code.
Job is a Frame to Come, the frame has arrived and has been assigned to a bin.
Job is a Frame to Come and the frame has not arrived.
Frame has already been married to the tray.
Job is not a frame to come.
