Introduction
This document provides instructions for entering a balance lens through Order Entry.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 4 - Run Layout and press enter.
The Tray & Acct window displays.
- Enter all the appropriate information on the Tray & Acct window.
The CBT Selection window displays. (Refer to the Commercial Branding Tool (CBT) section for further details.)
- Make your selection and press enter to continue.
Once the CBT selection is complete, the Rx window displays.
- Type S at the STYLE W/SEG SZ field and press enter.
Special Entry
The Special Entry window displays.
- Type BR to indicate Balance Right or type BL to indicate Balance Left.
The selected entry displays.
- Press escape to return to the STYLE W/SEG SZ field.
- Continue the layout process until the pricing options screen displays.
- The Balance R or Balance L pricing option will be highlighted automatically based upon the special entry selection.
- Continue the layout process.
