Overview

Rx-Suite Version 1.22.X introduces a suite of enhancements and new features aimed at optimizing functionality across Rx-Inventory, Rx-Reports, and Rx-Site. This release also addresses several key issues to improve reliability and performance.

Rx-Inventory

• Purchase Order Export Fields & Reportable Fields

  • Added the following new fields available as exportable and reportable fields for Purchase Orders: Closed Date, Received Date, Manufacturer Description, Vendor Description, and Frame Bin Number.

  • If a Purchase Order is Received and Closed and the same day, Closed Date is equal to Received Date. Otherwise the Received Date is the first date in which the Purchase Order was received.

Rx-Reports

• Frame Bin field in All Orders, Incomplete Orders, and Completed Orders Report

  • Added a new field to display the Frame Bin field for the associated UPC on a frame. This requires Rx-Inventory to be running at the time this report is ran.

Bug Fixes

Rx-Site Fixes

• Axis field validation

  • Axis fields were previously optional. Omitting an axis field would be interpreted as zero when processing the order. This field has been changed to mandatory if the associated cylinder/prism value are present.

• Default Frame Status

  • When the order form is reset, the correct default frame status configured on the user is correctly selected.

Rx-Inventory Fixes

• Manufacturer SKU Mass Update

  • Fixed an issue when attempting to update manufacturer through the SKU Mass Update page no properly saves the newly selected values.
