Rx-Suite Version 1.21.X introduces a suite of enhancements and new features aimed at optimizing functionality across Rx-Inventory, Rx-Reports, and Rx-Site. This release also addresses several key issues to improve reliability and performance.

New Features

Rx-Inventory New Features

• End of Month Valuation Snapshot Report:

  • Lab managers can now generate a monthly snapshot report of the lab's frame valuations. This report provides a detailed overview of on-hand, on-shelf, in-process, and on-order frame quantities, aiding in financial and inventory assessments.

Enhancements

Rx-Reports/Rx-Xplore Enhancements

• Grouping and Aggregation Enhancements:

  • Improved the handling of reports involving grouping and aggregation, specifically addressing issues when using the "Addon -> Code" column. This enhancement ensures that reports run smoothly without SQL-related errors.

• Job Tracker History - Enhanced Timestamp Precision:

  • Job tracker history timestamps now include hundredths of a second precision, aligning with updates in XML exports and ensuring more precise time tracking within reports.

Rx-Site Enhancements

• Enhanced Frame Browsing:

  • Updated the "Browse Frames" dialog to display frame color and size, enhancing user experience by providing detailed information at a glance.

• Order Entry Flexibility:

  • Enhanced order entry options now allow free text in frame fields for orders that follow frames, giving users more flexibility.

Bug Fixes

Rx-Inventory Fixes

• Frame Lines Data Refresh Issue:

  • Fixed an issue in Rx-Inventory where frame line data only updated upon manual refresh. This fix ensures that frame data is dynamically updated in the user interface without needing to refresh the page manually.

Rx-Reports Fixes

• PDF and CSV Download Issues:

  • Addressed issues related to the PDF and CSV download functionalities within Rx-Reports, ensuring that files are generated and downloaded as expected without redirection or stalling.

• Job Tracker History - Enhanced Timestamp Precision:

  • Adjusted Job tracker history in Rx-Reports to include timestamps with hundredths of a second precision, aligning data accuracy with XML exports for enhanced time tracking accuracy.

• Mismatch in Totals:

  • Fixed discrepancies where totals displayed in reports did not match the raw data when exported, ensuring consistency across displayed and exported data.

• Account Number Filtering Issue on Grouped Reports:

  • Resolved an issue where filtering by account number on the report run page did not function correctly when using "Group by Same Value" on a column.

Rx-Site Fixes

• Synchronization and Material Handling Improvements:

  • Fixed issues in order synchronization to ensure the correct material/color/treatment combination is consistently applied, particularly enhancing the system's handling of material descriptions to avoid selection errors.

• Stock Lenses Sync Issue:

  • Resolved a defect where stock lenses sync was consistently failing, particularly in systems with a large number of active finished lenses.
