New Features
Lens Transaction report enhancement
You can now report on the invoice number associated with a purchase order when a lens is received. This will help verify invoice numbers to PO numbers and do a three-way match to what was received and invoiced. This was a request from one of our customers to help with the report that their finance team needs.
Frame transfer enhancements
The following changes were made to improve our frame transfer workflow:
Frame Transfer List:
The Transfer button becomes disabled when there is no frame item added to the transfer. This applies to both incoming and outgoing frame transfers.
The default filter is set to “Open” frame transfers.
You can filter the list to open items with BO frames by toggling on the ‘Show only open with backorders?’ checkbox.
Frame Transfer Form:
Added BO Quantity and Shipped/Pick Quantity columns if the Frame Transfer for outgoing transfers. Additional rules are added to manage the usage of the columns.
Added visual cues for backorder items (red) and when stock is available to fill up backorders (blue)
New Frame Transfer Options:
When Transfer is clicked, a confirmation dialog will open to provide details on the total qty that will be transferred in/out of the system. The text should change when it is outgoing or incoming.
If there is no BO line, you will see a Submit button to complete the transfer.
If FT has BO frame lines, you will see:
Message to inform them of the number of frames lines with BO
An info text to explain the actions available.
There is a button to "Transfer & Ensure Stock".
This option only shows if one of the lines has an unfulfillable qty.
This will add stock to frame line that do not have enough warehouse qty.
The adjustment is equal to the unfillable amount (not the BO).
This will adjust the pick equal to the ordered qty.
If one of the lines also has BO (but has enough warehouse qty), it will adjust the pick amount equal to ordered qty (similar treatment as "Transfer and Update Pick").
There is a button to "Transfer & Update Pick".
This will complete the frame transfer and update the BO qty to 0 and shipped qty to the order qty. This option will mean that user is willing to take allocated/inprocess inventory from other orders/transfers.
This option is available as long as the warehouse qty > 0 or order qty <= warehouse qty.
There is a button to "Transfer & Open New for Backorders".
This is only available if order has at least one frameline that has fulfillable amount.
This will complete the transfers of the frames that they can ship and create a new transfer on the remaining frames.
If frame transfer is for AL, the copy frame business rules should apply.
Transaction Handling:
There should be a transaction entry for the "updated" qty on the original transfer. Ex. If Order qty is 3 but only 2 is available, we add transaction entry to change allocated qty to 2 before we complete the transfer
If the frame has 0 available qty, we remove the frame to the transfer, a "delete line" transaction should be recorded to track that we removed the frame to transfer and adjust the allocation
On the copied frame transfer, the frames with BO qty should be added and "add line" transaction should be added with the correct qty
Other changes
When FT is copied, a comment is generated.
When FT has split due to BO, a comment is generated.
Add a loading indicator when copying
Frame Transfer Export:
BO Qty column should be available
The shipped/pick column should be available
The export format name should now show as the title
The comment field is now exportable
Bug Fixes and Improvements
Rx-Inventory:
Fixed issue when sorting columns in PriceList Table in the SKU page.
Fixed the filtering error on Discountable and Taxable columns.
Fixed export issues on vendor returns and purchase order
