The shortcut key commands provided on this page have been deduced via trial and error and is likely incomplete.
General (Universal)
Esc: Close current screen.
Tab: Next control.
Ctrl + Home: Jump to the top of the current list (drop down or Database table).
Ctrl + End: Jump to the bottom of the current list (drop down or Database table).
Ctrl + [: Close current screen.
Ctrl + S: Save current page (when applicable).
Ctrl + Z: Undo previous action only.
Ctrl + X: Cut text in current textbox.
Ctrl + C: Copy text in current textbox.
Ctrl + V: Paste what is in your system’s clipboard in the selected textbox.
F7: Edit settings for currently selected dropdown or searchable item(Magnifying glass)
Customer Service Screen
F5: View Job History.
F6 or Ctrl + F: New Order Entry.
F7: View Selected Order Entry.
F8: Delete Selected Order.
F11: Toggle Help (Click on something to get more information).
F12: Breakage Entry.
Alt + F8: Open Scanner Entry.
Ctrl + E: Export highlighted order to OMORD.OMI.
Ctrl + T: Change tray number in selected order.
Ctrl + P: Copy selected order.
Ctrl + G: View selected order.
Ctrl + H: Delete selected order.
Ctrl + K: Toggle Help (Click on something to get information if available).
Ctrl + I: Breakage Entry on highlighted order.

Order Entry Screen
F1: Open Window Help Screen.
F5: Open Prism Options.
F6 or Ctrl+F: Open Blanks Options.
F7: Select ship to via customers.
F8: select ship to via codes.
F9 or Ctrl + ]: Do Calcs.
F10 : Open Windows help screen.
F11: Toggle Help Click.
F12 or Ctrl + L or Shift + F2: Open Surfacing Options.
Ctrl + G: Open Customer database to select for Account # of current order.
Ctrl + J: Open windows help screen.
Ctrl + M: Same value as the Enter Key.
Ctrl + F7: Exit current window.

Ctrl + F or F6: Create new frame trace.
Customers List (DB)
