Introduction
This document provides instructions for reprinting a pick ticket by tray number or job ID.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 11 – Retail Transfer and press enter.
Type 3 – Reprint Pick Ticket and press enter.
The Reprint Pick Ticket screen displays.
- Type T (tray) or J (job ID) and press enter.
If you select T (tray):
- Type the tray number for the prick ticket to reprint.
If you select J (job ID):
- Type the job number for the pick ticket to reprint and press enter.
- Press ctrl-r or escape to return to the Retail Transfer menu.
