OMICS Software has recently updated its Helpdesk Support system. This new system (JIRA) allows you, as a customer, to login into your own portal where you will be able to view and update the status of ongoing support requests, along with the ability to see all open requests across your Organization.

To help you better understand the Jira Service Desk portal we have compiled this article to explain some of the features.


Accessing the Portal

You should have received an email with an invitation to join the portal like below

If you didn't receive this email, you can alternatively access the portal via this link → https://rxuniverse.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11


After you click on the link to sign up, it will ask you to setup your account, Name & Password.
