Omics Software has recently updated our Helpdesk system. This new system allows you as a customer to better view the status of your support request and allows you to view all support request that you have submitted along with all other requests under your Organisation.

To help you better understand the Jira Service Desk portal we have compiled this article to explain some of the features.


Accessing the Portal

You should have received an email with an invitation to join the portal like below

If you didn't receive this email, you can alternatively access the portal via this link → https://rxuniverse.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11


After you click on the link to sign up, it will ask you to setup your account, Name & Password.


Enter your Information and submit your Service Request
