Introduction
This report prints a mailing list by Branch sorted alphabetically; choose per Company and Branch. You can print on actual labels, just plain paper, or print to the screen.
Procedure
From the Optifacts Main Menu:
Select Option 5 – Report Generators and press Enter.
Select Option 1 – Customer Database Reports and press Enter.
Select Option 3 – Branch Mailing List and press Enter.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
The following is an example of the report printed on the screen.
