Introduction

This document provides instructions for configuring the Lab Information for the Work in Process Fax Back Report.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type 3 – Editor Utilities and press enter.

Type 1 – Customer Database Editor and press enter.

Type 12 – Add/Edit Lab Information and press enter.

The Lab Information screen displays.

  • Type Q for query.

  • Search your lab info as shown in the diagram below by typing in some search criteria. (This information has probably been setup already for some previous functionality.)
  • Press escape to show the results.

If the entry does not exist:

  • Type A to add a new record.
  • Enter all the applicable data, as shown in the diagram below, pressing enter past each field.
  • Press escape to save the data.
  • Type E to exit the screen.
