Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up a Company Volume Discount table.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.
Select Option 1 – Customer Database Editor and press Enter.
Select Option 11 – Add/Edit Volume Discounts and press Enter.
*** STOP if you see any Warnings. ***
If you do not see any warnings, then proceed as follows:
The Account Volume Discount Editor is displayed.
- Enter the account number.
- Enter in all the applicable information pressing Enter past each field.
Enter the values from highest to lowest.
Are all the Entries Correct (Y/N)?
- Enter “Y” to continue or “N” to return to the form to edit the data.
