API

The /lenses/pick method was performing frame pick verification on frames without a UPC even if the user did not submit frame information in the pick. This has been corrected.

Customers

When a customer e-mail address was removed, the record containing the e-mail address was not deleted, but replaced with a blank e-mail entry. This has been resolved.

Routing for non-digital work tickets can now be specified for a specific customer:

Devices

The VCA interface has been modified, for the GDEPTH and GWIDTH fields. If the order has no designated frame type and the pattern associated with the order has no designated frame type, the pattern VCA flag is checked to see if it is set as a grooved frame, if the pattern is set as a grooved frame, then the material database will be checked to see if has values entered for the GDEPTH and GWIDTH and use those values, before defaulting to the VCA device parameters values.

Eyefinity Orders

A problem where wrap compensation parameters were not always being kept for an Eyefinity order has been corrected.

Orders

When an order is created and a pattern is auto-attached, if the order is saved as un-valid before running the calculations, the value for the ED field from the pattern is not saved with the order. This has been resolved.

XML extract files at Dayend

At dayend, XML files can be optionally created, based on settings in the System Settings. Previously, these files were created in a subfolder named XMLFILE. The lab can now specify the output folder for these files when created by the dayend process, on the Dayend tab in System Settings:

User-Defined Work Tickets

Four new labels have been added for use with user-defined work ticket:
_ORD__DATE_YYYYMMDD - prints receive date as YYYY/MM/DD

_ORD_DATE_MMDD - prints just month and day received in format MM/DD

_ORD_DATE_DD - prints just the day of the order received date (ie "09")

_TRACETYPE - prints either “No Trace”, “Trace for calcs only”, or “Ready to edge” based on whether there is a frame attached to the order, and whether the trace is calcs-only or is edge-able.

Reports

Add new Production Statistics Report has been added to Order Reports. Please see ViStar Production Statistics Report for full details.
