Introduction

This document provides instructions on how to cancel a job, and adjust the frame inventory quantity.

Procedure

Step 1 - Cancel a Tray.

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 7 - Tray Track and press Enter.

Select Option 6 - Cancel a Tray and press Enter.

The Cancel Tray Routing screen displays.

  • Enter the tray number you want to cancel.
  • Enter any Cancel Comments. (You only see this prompt if your lab parameter is configured to do so.)

Depending on how far along the job is in the lab determines how many programs are affected. In our example below, the tray is canceled in 4 places.

  • Press escape twice to return to the Optifacts main menu.

Step 2 - Adjust Frame Inventory

From the Optifacts main menu:

  • Select Option 12 - Frame Inventory and press Enter.
  • Select Option 1 - Editor Utilities and press Enter.
  • Select Option 2 - Transaction Entry and press Enter.

The Inventory Transaction screen displays.

Enter the applicable information, pressing Enter past each field.

  • Trans Date – MM/DD/YYYY (defaults to today’s date)
  • Tray/Order # - Tray # or Rx Order # or P.O. # or Reference #
  • Default Quantity (Y/N)
  • If ‘Y’ gets selected in the Default Quantity field, it updates inventory by 1.
  • If ‘N’ is selected, it takes the cursor to the Transaction Units field and allows you to enter a value.
  • SKU Code - SKU Code of the Frame or UCP Code – UCP Code of the Frame
  • Transaction Units – Select ‘Y’
  • If ‘Y’ is selected, it updates inventory by a quantity of 1.
  • If N is selected, the cursor displays in the Transaction Units and allows you to enter a value.

The frame data is displayed, and a confirmation message displays at the bottom of the screen.

  • Press Escape to exit.
