Introduction
This document provides instructions to set up the custom configuration for processing Credits using the old tax rates.
Procedure
Custom Configuration for Credit at Old Tax Rate
From the Optifacts Main Menu:
Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.
Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press Enter.
Select Option 6 – Edit Custom Configuration and press Enter.
- Press “A” - Add a new entry.
- Enter the custom configuration precisely, as shown in the following diagram.
- Press Escape, to save the data.
Job Data Definition
From the Optifacts Main Menu:
Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.
Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press Enter.
Select Option 7 – Edit Job Data Definitions and press Enter.
- Press “A” - Add a new entry.
- Enter the Job Data Definition precisely, as shown in the following diagram.
- Press Escape, to save the data.
