If jobs are late <= 9 days: No Color
If jobs are late 10 - 14 days: Yellow
If jobs are late: =>15: Red
A job is considered late if it hasn’t gone through the completion process one day after their Date Wanted
Completed and deleted jobs should not show on the table (including jobs that are pending completion)
Unvalid and On Hold jobs that are late should show on the table
