Introduction
This document provides instructions to recover a remote tracing by job number and attach it to a new job.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 11 - Retail Transfer and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 9 - Utility: Remote Tracing Admin and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 2 - Recover a Remote Tracing by Job Number
The Remote Trace Menu displays.
- Type Enter or scan the job number of the frame to mirror and press enter.Type
- Enter or scan the tray number of the frame to size and press enter.
If successful, you will see a confirmation message, as shown in the following diagram.
If unsuccessful, you will see a message as shown in the following diagram.
- Press escape Escape to return to the Remote Trace menu.
