Introduction

This document provides instructions for marrying a frame to a tray.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type Select Option 7 - Tray Track and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 7 - Station Assignment and press enterEnter.

The Station Assignment screen displays.Image Removed

• Type Enter the Frame Marry station number and press enter.Type
• Enter the tray number and press enter.

You will see the message on the following diagram.

• Scan the frame bag to continue. This The code is the trace99 bar code that is on the bag label.

A successful scan will display a confirmation message.Image Removed

The following are some of the error message messages you may see on screen:

Tray does not match the bag bar code.Image Removed

Job is a Frame to Come, the frame has arrived and has been is assigned to a bin.Image Removed
