Introduction

This document provides instructions for cancelling canceling a job after Frame Receipt but before Frame Marry. There is no special process in In addition to the normal Cancel “Cancel a Tray routine except that the frame Tray” routine, you may need to be physically removed remove the frame from the bin and deallocate the bin. Refer to the Frame Bin Deallocation document for complete details. To cancel before after Frame Marry please refer to the Cancel Tray After Frame Marry document. To reallocate a bin after a breakage, refer to the Frame Bin Reallocation after Breakage document.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type Select Option 7 - Tray Track and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 6 - Cancel a Tray and press enterEnter.

The Cancel Tray Routine screen displays.Image Removed

• Scan or type the tray number and press enterEnter.
• Type the cancel comments and press enterEnter.

The tray is cancelled gets canceled, and the frame bin is gets deallocated, but the frame you may still need to be remove the frame physically removed from the bin .
