Introduction
:This document provides instructions for setting up the Credit Matrix. The Credit Matrix applies a specific discount percentage to a specific credit reason.
Procedure
:From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 1 – Customer Database Editor and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 20 – Credit Matrix Editor and press enterEnter.
- Type Press “A” to add a new record.
- Fill in all the applicable information by pressing enter Enter past each field.

- Press Escape to save the data.
- Type Press "E" to exit.
