The “Change tray number” function has been enhanced. The lab can now decide the if they want the confirmation of the change question to be skipped. Also the lab can decide if the work ticket will be printed automatically when the tray is changed on an order.

The generation of the XML extract files used for reporting in Rx-Reports can now be run multiple times a day, either by invoking them at the command line (for example, by a third-party process), or setting them up as a scheduled process using the Windows Task Scheduler. A new XML extract function has been added that will be run if the “Create Rx-Xplore order XML daily” system setting is checked. This extract will list all deleted orders so that Rx-Xplore will no longer include them on reports.
System Settings

New labels have been added for the XML documents to allow the printing of the stock status of the individual inventory items for a job. See User Defined Work Tickets for the new stock status labels.
Inventory
Fixed issue with freeze counts when the lens inventory update flag is set to “order entry”. If the counted quantity was zero, it would add the in-process quantities to the in-stock value, and in doing so, a needed lens would not be ordered on a purchase order.
