Introduction
This document provides instructions for detaching a trace from an Rx RX job.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Enter 11 - Retail Transfer and press enter.
Type Enter 9 - Utility: Remote Tracing Admin and press enter.
Type Enter 4 - Detach a Tracing from Rx and press enter.
The Remote Trace Menu displays.
- Type Enter or scan the tray number of the Rx RX with the attached frame and press enter.
If successful, you will see a confirmation message.
If the tracing does not exist, you will see the following message:
