Introduction
This document provides instructions on how to deallocate a frame bin.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 7 - Tray Track and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 17 - Frame to Come Lookup and press enterEnter.
The Frame to Come Lookup screen displays
Type Sis displayed.
- Press “S” to view on screen and press enterEnter.
- Type Enter the account number and press enter. If you do not know the account number, press enter . Press Enter or type the first few letters of the account name to view the Account Lookup window if you do not know the account number.
- Press escape Escape and type enter the account number in the Enter Account Number field.

Use account number 0 (zero) to view all Frame to Come jobs. |
- Press enter Enter past the patient name field or type the patient name and press enterEnter.
- You can also type press "I" to toggle to search by invoice.
- Or, type "SP" to search by SP number.
- Or, you can use the (=) wildcard feature.
- Or, type press "E" to use the expanded search option to open up additional search fields.
- Scroll to the applicable jobrelevant job using the up and down arrows on the keyboard.
The selected job is indicated by the < > arrows indicate the selected job.
- Press X “X” to deallocate the bin.
Are you sure you want to deallocate the bin? (Y/N)
- Type Y Press “Y” to proceed.
- Type N Press “N” to return to the form.
The following message is displayed.
"Bin“Bin is deallocated. The job may still need to pass through Frame Marry station if Frame to Come lite-up is on.
"”
- Press enter Enter to continue.
