Introduction

This document provides instructions for entering a balance Balance lens through Order Entry.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:              

Type

• Select Option 4 -

Run Layout

• Order Entry and press

enter

• Enter.

The Tray & Acct window displays.

• Enter all the appropriate information on the Tray & Acct window.

The CBT Selection window displays. (Refer to the Commercial Branding Tool (CBT) section for further details.

• Make your selection and press Enter to continue.

Once the CBT selection is complete, the Rx window displays. 

• Type S Press “S” at the STYLE W/SEG SZ field and press enterEnter.

Special Entry

The Special Entry window displays.

• Type BR Enter “BR” to indicate Balance Right or type BL “BL” to indicate Balance Left.

The selected entry displays.

• Press escape Escape to return to the STYLE W/SEG SZ field.

• Continue the layout order entry process until the pricing options screen displays.
• The Balance R or Balance L pricing option will be highlighted highlights automatically based upon the special entry selection.
