Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up the “Credit Handling Fee” custom configuration.
With this custom configuration enabled, Optifacts will credit handling fees on credits. For Stock Pricing credits, if the total price (minus the tax and the postage) is negative, then we will set the handling fee negative.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 3 – Editor Utilities and press enter.
Type 6 – Configuration Editor and press enter.
Type 7 6 – Custom Configuration Editor and press enter.
The Custom Configuration Editor displays.
- Press Q to Query to perform a search.
- Ensure that the table below exists.
If the table does not exist.
- Type A to add a new record.
- Enter all the information as per the example (s) shown in the diagram below.
- Press Escape to save the data.
- Type E to exit.
