Introduction

This report prints a Customer List by Company/Branch/Territory and sorts either alphabetically or numerically. You can print either to the screen or printer.

Procedure

From the Optifacts Main Menu:

Select Option 5 – Report Generators and press Enter.

Select Option 1 – Customer Database Reports and press Enter.

Select Option 1 - Account Reference List and press Enter.

• Follow the on-screen prompts. You can select specific or all companies, branches, territories, or accounts.
