Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up a Company Volume Discount table.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:            

Type Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 1 – Customer Database Editor and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 11 – Add/Edit Volume Discounts and press enterEnter.

If you do not see any warnings, then proceed as follows:

The Customer Database Modifications screen will displayAccount Volume Discount Editor is displayed.

• Type Enter the account number and press enter.

• Type Enter in all the applicable information pressing enter Enter past each field.

Enter the values from highest to lowest.

• Type Y Enter “Y” to continue or N “N” to return to the form to edit the data.
