Introduction
This report ...collects information based on active jobs with three or more breakages. You can select all or a specific account number and output this report to the screen or a printer.
Procedure
From the Optifacts Main Menu:
Select Option 7 – Tray Track and press Enter.
Select Option 10 – Tray Track Reports and press Enter.
Select Option 9 – Hot Job Report and press Enter.
The Customer Lens Report Options form displays.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
The following is an example of the report output to the screen.
