Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up the Credit Matrix. The Credit Matrix applies a specific discount percentage to a specific credit reason.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.

Select Option 1 – Customer Database Editor and press Enter.

Select Option 20 – Credit Matrix Editor and press Enter.

  • Press “A” to add a new record.
  • Fill in all the applicable information by pressing Enter past each field.
Note

The credit reason number(s) must first be set up in the Job Reasons Editor before setting up the Credit Matrix. (Refer to the Credit No Charge Reasons Setup document for details.)

  • Press Escape , to save the data.
  • Press "E" to exit.
