Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up the custom configuration to store transportation costs in the invt_summ table when receiving an ASN fileconfigurations required for ASN.

Procedure

Configurations

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.

Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press enterEnter.

Select Option 6 – Edit Custom Configuration and press enterEnter.

The Custom Configuration Editor displays.

• Press Q to Query.
• Ensure that the table tables below existsexist.

If the table does not exist.

• Pres Press “A” to add a new record.
• Enter all the information as per the example (s) below.
• Press Escape to save.
• Press “E” to exit the screen.

Enable the following custom configuration to store transportation costs in the invt_summ table when receiving an ASN file.

Logging the ASN Receipt Process

Enabling the following custom configuration turns on logging for the ASN receipt process.

Print ASN Report

Enabling the following custom configuration allows the printing of the ASN report to a file or printer.

• Character Setting Options:
  • "F" Print to a file
  • "P" Print to a printer.
