Introduction

This document provides instructions for deleting a Sales Territory Code.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type

• Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press

enter

• Enter.

Type

• Select Option 1 – Customer Database and press

enter

• Enter.

Type

• Select Option 8 – Delete a Sales Territory and press

enter

• Enter.

The Customer Database Modifications screen will displayis displayed.Image Removed

• Type Enter the Company code and press enter.Type
• Enter the Branch code and press enter.Type
• Enter the Sales Territory Code and press entercode.

The Deleting Sales Territory screen will display. AnchorContactContactAddress screen is displayed.

Delete this data (Y/N)?

• Enter “Y” to continue or “N” to discard.

A second confirmation message is displayed.

Are you SURE you want to delete this data (Y/N)?

• Enter “Y” to continue or “N” to edit.

If the Sales Territory Code is still in use, you see the following message and cannot delete the Sales Territory Code.

• Press Enter to continue.
