Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up deleting a Branch Code.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type

• Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press

enter

• Enter.

Type

• Select Option 1 – Customer Database and press

enter

• Enter.

Type

• Select Option 7 – Delete a Branch and press

enter

• Enter.

The Customer Database Modifications screen will displayis displayed.

• Type Enter the Company code and press enter.Type
• Enter the Branch code and press enter.

The

Adding

Deleting Branch Address screen

will display.

Type in all the applicable information pressing enter past each field.

Is this data correct is displayed.

Delete this data (Y/N)?

• Enter “Y” to continue or “N” to discard.

A second confirmation message is displayed.

Are you SURE you want to delete this data (Y/N)?

• Type Y Enter “Y” to continue or N “N” to edit.

• Press Escape to exit.

If the Branch Code is still in use, you see the following message and cannot delete the Branch Code.

• Press Enter to continue.
