Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up a Branch Code.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 1 – Customer Database and press enter.

Type 1 - Add/Edit Company and press enter.

The Customer Database Modifications screen will display.

Type

Enter.

Select Option 2 – Add/Edit a Branch and press

enter

Enter.

The Customer Database Modifications screen

Type the Company code and press enter.

Type the Branch code and press enter

• Enter the Company Code.
• Enter the Branch Code.

The Adding Branch Address screen

• Type Enter in all the applicable information pressing enter Enter past each field.

Is this data correct (Y/N)?

Type Y

• Enter “Y” to continue or N “N” to edit.
