Step 2: View Transfer Documents

  • This page will show all incoming/ outgoing transfer documents related to your current warehouse.

  • Select the destination account to which you want to send the accessories.

  • If you want to track the current usage of the accessories you are transferring (relevant if their replenishment method is Quantity Replenishment), check the box for Adjust quantity used?

Before Printing:

  • Export the frame transfer using the setup export format you set up. Click on the Export button and proceed with the usual exporting steps.

Completing a Frame Transfer

  • Ensure all accessories are ready for shipment.

Closing the Transfer:

  • To close the transfer, click on the Transfer button and Submit if everything looks good.

  • If your system is configured to automatically print the Invoice, it will do so after the transfer is closed. Otherwise, you can manually export and print the Invoice using the export format you have for Invoice stock format.

Sending an email to your Recipient:

  • After completing a frame transfer, you can further communicate the status of stock accessories transfers to stores, labs, or any relevant parties by sending them the export documents via email. This additional step ensures everyone involved is up-to-date on the transfer status. To learn more about sending email, check Sending an Export Document via Email document.
