Introduction

This document provides instructions to set

up the custom configuration for processing Credits using the old tax rates.

Procedure

Custom Configuration for Credit at

Old Tax Rate

From the Optifacts Main Menu:

Type Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 6 – Edit Custom Configuration and press enterEnter.

• Type A to Press “A” - Add a new entry (.
• Enter the custom configuration exactly precisely, as shown in the following diagram.)
• Press Escape, to save the data.

Job Data Definition

From the Optifacts Main Menu:

Type Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 7 – Edit Job Data Definitions and press enterEnter.

• Type A to Press “A” - Add a new entry (.
• Enter the Job Data Definition exactly precisely, as shown in the following diagram.)
• Press Escape, to save the data.
