Introduction

This document provides instructions for changing the quantity on hand of an item.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type Select Option 9 - Inventory and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 1 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 5 – On-Hand Min/Max Changes and press enterEnter.

Search by SKU #

• Type S Enter “S” to search by SKU number and press enter.

• Type Enter or scan the SKU number and press enter.

The item details will be populated display on the screen.Image Removed

Search by Description

• Type D Enter “D” to search by Description and press enter.

• Enter all applicable relevant item details. The system will search searches based upon the input. If the system finds the item is found it will display on , it displays the details on the screen.

Change Quantity on Hand

• Type the new quantity on hand value and press enter.
• Press enter past all other fields.

Are all the data correct? (Y/N)

• Enter one of the following options and press enter.
  Y –
  • • Enter “Y” Yes to save the data.
  N –
  • • Enter “N” No to return to the form.
  • Press Escape to exit the screen and return to the Optifacts Lens Inventory Editor Utilities Menu.
