Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up the Job Data Trigger to stop jobs that are on CREDIT HOLD.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 7 – Job Data Definitions and press enterEnter.
The Prompt Configuration for Miscellaneous Job-Related Data screen displays.
- Press "Q to Query to perform a search" to query the table.
- Ensure that the table below exists.
If the table does not exist.:
- Type Press "A" to add a new record.
- Enter all the information, as shown in the diagram below.
- Press Escape, to save the data.
- Type Press "E" to exit the screen.
Entering Jobs
/for an Account on Credit Hold
If an account is on Credit Hold, the data entry operator will see the following message if they try to key in a job.
Credit Hold Message on Job Recall
If an account is on Credit Hold, the data entry operator will see the following message if they try to recall a job.
Credit Hold Message at Verify
If an account is on Credit Hold, the data entry operator will see the following message if they try to verify a job.
Credit Hold Message at Mailout
If an account is on Credit Hold, the data entry operator will see the following message if they try to Mailout a job.
