The service past due charges have been calculated by multiplying the overdue amount by the monthly interest rate that is found on the AR tab in System Settings.
To change the calculated service past due charge, click on the field and then enter new amount.
Once you have reviewed the service past due charges and made any necessary changes, click the 'POST' button.
