Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up and maintaining prices and quantity breaks for contact lenses in the stock-pricing module.
Procedure
Use the menu options above to maintain prices and quantity breaks for contact lenses in the stock pricing module.
The options available may be used to add, edit or delete contact lens manufacturers, contact lens names, selling price, cost, and tax information for contact lenses.
Quantity breaks may be set up to determine when to prices lenses from the next tier price. The account material configuration editor can also be used to set individual accounts to price from selected tiers.
Add/Edit Contact Lens
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 3 – Editor Utilities and press enter.
Type 4 – Pricing Database Editor and press enter.
Type 11 – Stock Contact Lens Prices and press enter.
Type 1 - Add/Edit Contact Lens and press enter.
The Other Stock Options Add/Edit Contact Lens menu displays.
- Fill in the manufacturer and lens name and press enter to display additional fields.
