Introduction

This document provides instructions to recover a remote tracing by job number and attach it to a new job.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type 11 - Retail Transfer and press enter.

Type 9 - Utility: Remote Tracing Admin and press enter.

Type 2 - Recover a Remote Tracing by Job Number 

The Remote Trace Menu displays.

• Type or scan the job number of the frame to mirror and press enter.
• Type or scan the tray number of the frame to size and press enter

If successful, you will see a confirmation message as shown in the following diagram.

If unsuccessful, you will see a message as shown in the following diagram.

• Press escape to return to the Remote Trace menu.
